Good AI should (a) save you time, (b) save you money or (c) make difficult or boring tasks easier. Copilot2trip is an example of Good AI. It's not infallible, but this chat-powered itinery-creation tool gave me solid responses to a fairly nit-picky request. I wanted a 3-day travel itinerary in Southern Maine that would satisfy my love of birdwatching, craft cocktails and sushi.

You do have to double check that restaurants are still open, and get hours and times for all venues, but the inital legwork in coming up with fresh options was speedy and added at least one venue I hadn't heard of. For less than 2 minutes invested? This is terrific.
